31/08/2010 Temporary schedule for groupslessons
Because of the move to the new dance studio the schedule for groups lessons is temporary changed. 
After the 18th September the regular program will start. Till then you can find the temporary schedule here.

23/08/2010 Open House weeks at BRESS
Not sure of buying a sports pass? From 30 August till 18th September you can try all trainings, groupslessons and fitness at BRESS Sportcenter without a sports pass. 
There's no maximum, so try everything you want. 
After 18th September the sports pass is necessary to join the sports program.

19/07/2010 New dance studio for lessons in BRESS Sportcenter
From 1st September BRESS involves a dance studio in the BRESS Sportcenter. There will be given lessons as: Zumba, BodySculp, Body Shape and Body Balance. This studio is specially fitted to your sport in style and gives a nice atmosphere! Do not hesitate and come to BRESS, you will not regret it!

 

18/05/2010 Sports during the summer for free!
The sports pass for 2010-2011 is yet to ask! If you do that before 20th June you get the summermonths for free. A real win-win situation. Would you already apply for the sports pass, now you get three months free. And if wanted the sports pass for 2009-2010 you just have to pay another € 40, - for an extra whole year. The sports pass can be requested through this registrationform.

28/04/2010 BRESS officially affiliated with Student Sports Netherlands
Starting today, BRESS is officially affiliated with Student Sports Netherlands. SSN is the umbrella organization for student sport in the Netherlands.
This makes it possible to join the Dutch Student Championships. Click here to find a summary of these DSC's.
