Fitness
BRESS has an new and extensive fitness accommodation at its disposal that includes both cardio-equipment as well as resistance equipment.
You can train independently or under the supervision of a BRESS fitness instructor. We strongly recommend setting up an appointment with an instructor if you have little or no experience with fitness training. During this meeting, the emphasis will be on the equipment, a good posture, the training methods and the training schedules. These appointments take place on Monday through Friday in the evening or during the morning on Saturday.
The fitness instructor can also draw up a personal training schedule for you.
Herefore you also need an appointment.
