Sports pass

The sports pass is valid from 30th August 2010 till 31st August 2011. To participate into the sports program you need to have the sports pass. Bring it always with you and show it to the instructor or trainer. At the external organizations you need to show your sports pass in order to get discount. The sports pass is strictly personal.
 
The sports pass is exclusive for students and employees of Avans Hogeschool and Breda University of Applied Sciences. Graduates of these educational can also buy a sports pass. Every sports pass member may bring a partner to buy a sports pass.

Employees get their sports pass (partially) reimbursed by their employer.
Graduaties in 2010-2011 get €65,- refunded by showing their diploma at the BRESS-office.
 
Registration
You can register for your sports pass at the BRESS-reception or trough simple registration online. Through the digital registration you pay by IDEAL. This is only possible with a Dutch bank account. Your need to upload a photograph at the registration form.
Otherwise you can register at the BRESS-reception. Bring the following things: a recent photograph, your bank card or cash and a fully filled registration form. Registration forms are available at the BRESS-reception.
Two working days after paying, you can pick up your sports pass and join the sport program. Bring your college card or employee card in order to pick up your sports pass!
 
Traineeship
If you turn in your sports pass at the BRESS-office together with a copy of your traineeship agreement before 1st February 2011, you will be refunded for the second half of the academic year in the amount of €40,-.
 
Theft/loss sports pass
When your sports pass is stolen or you lost it, you can apply for a new one. You have to pay €5,- administrative costs. Getting a new sports pass is only possible at the BRESS-reception. Bring your identification and a new photograph with you.
