The winter break is almost over! From Tuesday, March 12, you can enjoy our outdoor bootcamp training sessions again every Tuesday evening from 19:00 to 20:00. Bootcamp is a group training which takes place outside and combines physical endurance with strength exercises. During many exercises you will use your own body weight and obstacles within the area, for example benches, curbs and fences.
I want to join! – How do I sign up?
It is possible to register yourself for our bootcamp training sessions via our reservation system.
- Go to bress.baanreserveren.nl
- Select ‘Sports @ BRESS’ and search for March 12 in the calendar field.
- Select ‘Bootcamp’
- Enter your name and reserve your spot
If you decide not to join the course, we kindly request you to cancel your reservation yourself or by sending us an e-mail so that we can do this for you. Your place will then become available again for another BRESS-member.
