Our front desk employees are happy to help you out! Our front desk is open 5 days a week; from Monday to Thursday between 09:00 and 21:00 and on Friday between 09:00 and 17:00.
This summer (2018), our fitness has been renewed for the most part! You can now work up a sweat on new cardio and strength equipment of Matrix Fitness. Our Free Weight Area has also been enlarged, giving you more room to do exercises with, for example, kettlebells, TRX and dumbells.
Our group lessons, both given live by an instructor and virtual, take place in our Dance Studio. Group lessons are perfect if you would like to improve your fitness level, shape or strength in a fun and challenging way.
Come and play a game of squash on one of our six squash courts. Both members and non-members are welcome. The squash fee depends i.a. on whether you are a member or not. Read everything you need to know about playing squash at BRESS on our squash page.
Are you a real team player? If so, you are lucky! At BRESS we have a wide choice of different team sports, such as basketball, volleyball, handball or badminton. Train under the supervision of an enthusiastic trainer or invite other BRESS-members to workout together during free play hours.
Whether you want to study (free WIFI) before working out or have a drink with your friends while watching a game, you are always welcome in our sports bar.
Since January 2016, the clubhouse (sociëteit) of SV Virgo (Avans University of Applied Sciences) is located in our sports center. SV Virgo is the largest, oldest and most fun student association in Breda. At their clubhouse, everyone can socialize with each other and have a beer, soda, coffee or tea.
BRESS Sportcenter has a 1700 m2 sports hall (NOC / NSF certified) and various smaller rooms which can be rented out. You even have the possibility to include our sports bar and catering services. Our rooms and spaces in combination with the convenient location of our sports center, located near the A27 and easily accessible from the city center and Breda CS, make BRESS Sportcenter an ideal location for trade fairs, networking drinks, (company) sports days and events.
