Follow the Body & Mind lessons of Robert if you want to relax and train your body at the same time. During these lessons you learn to control your breathing and improve your stability and static power. Because of the meditation exercises you will also practice your concentration. All exercises are carried out while listening to relaxing music, but don’t get us wrong; this is definitely not a dull lesson!
Yoga mats will be available at the lesson, but you can always bring your own.
