Throughout the years, bodyshape has been one of the most popular group lessons at BRESS. This lesson starts with intense aerobics exercises, followed by muscle strengthening exercises. It’s the ideal combination!

The aerobics exercises are performed on uptempo Dance music.  The second part of the lesson (muscle strengthening) focuses on the major muscle groups which helps optimize the fat burning process. Exercises such as lunges, squats, crunches, planking, leg lifts, hip thrusts and push-ups are carried out most.
