Bootcamp is a group training which takes place outside and combines physical endurance with strength exercises. During many exercises you will use your own body weight and obstacles within the area, for example benches, curbs and fences. Some exercises you perform in pairs or small groups, this way you can use each other’s help and motivate one another. Together you accomplish more!
The great thing about bootcamp is that everybody can join as you decide for yourself how heavy you want to train. Don’t be afraid to to talk to our trainer if an exercise is too heavy or you are not able to do it; he will come up with a custom exercise.
What to wear…
… good running shoes
… clothing of functional fabrics (preferably no cotton)
… during cold weather gloves (preferably no wool)
During good and bad weather
