Booty Workout

Who does not want a firm, round, tight buttocks? During our Booty Workout, a 30-minute small group lesson with max. 14 participants, you will perform exercises that specifically target your buttocks. Most exercises are performed with Booty Bands, which are elastic resistance bands. Training with these bangs is suitable for both beginners and advanced athletes; every color has its own resistance. An additional advantage: the band puts a constant pressure on the muscles which is not always the case with dumbbells.

P.s. Men are of course also welcome during our Booty Workout!
