You will deal with a combination of boxing techniques and exercises using your own body weight, during which fun and teamwork stands central during the high intensity training BoxFit. The workout is suitable for every type of sportsmen and sportswomen. You don’t have to be scared of physical contact during the boxing exercises since gloves and punching bags are used. Materials are provided during the lessons, but if you plan on joining BoxFit more often we advise you to acquire your own set of boxing bandages and inner gloves (this due to hygiene).
