Cardio Core is a mixture of physical endurance training and exercises focussed on strengthening the core stability of your body. The core refers simply said, to the whole body minus the arms and legs. The core exists of abdominal-, back- and buttock muscles. Every movement you make originates from these muscles and if these are trained well, they keep your body stable and balanced. A strong core leads to better results, less (back) complaints and injuries. Therefore, core training is of great importance!
The difference between Cardio Core en Core Attack is that Cardio Core is a 1-hour lesson consisting of a combination of cardio and strength exercises. Cardio Attack is a 30-minute small group lesson (max. 14 participants) with the focus on muscle-strengthening exercises.
