During a circuit training you perform multiple exercises for other muscle groups consecutively. As you get (almost) no rest at the end of each exercise, except walking to the next exercise, you also work on your endurance. Circuit training has the goal to increase both your strength and stamina. It is perfect for people who want to lose weight, gain muscle mass and want to feel fit.

Try out our circuit training (max. 14 participants) if you love fitness and if would you like to be challenged and discover what else you can do in our fitness area. Every week you get new exercises that will stimulate your body again.
