During our 30-minute challenging and functional Core Attack, the emphasis is on strengthening your core consisting of your buttocks, belly and back. Every movement you make originates from these muscles and if these are trained well, they keep your body stable and balanced. A strong core leads to better results, less (back) complaints and injuries. Therefore, core training is of great importance! Our Core Attack is ideal to do before- or after another group lesson or you can integrate it into your regular fitness routine as a nice addition.
The difference between Cardio Core en Core Attack is that Cardio Core is a 1-hour lesson consisting of a combination of cardio and strength exercises. Cardio Attack is a 30-minute small group lesson (max. 14 participants) with the focus on muscle-strengthening exercises.
