Are you looking for the way to a tighter you? Fat Burning Workout is the highway! Research shows that workouts that switch between high and low intensity are a super effective way to burn fat. Because of the intensity of this training, your body stays in higher gear and continues to burn calories for a long time afterwards. This is called the ‘afterburn effect’.

In the Fat Burning Workout you start off with an easy warming up, followed by sequences of short, intense strength/cardio exercises such as burpees, sprints and jumps. Regular breaks in between sequences provide moments of rest. The training ends with a well-earned cooling down after which your aftertburn effect starts while you enjoy the rest of your evening.
