BRESS Sports Center, Sports hall B

Handball is a ball game between two teams of seven players each. It is a dynamic sport during which physical endurance and reflexes are of great importance. There are two important rules. Firstly, you can’t play the ball with your lower leg nor foot. Secondly, while holding the ball a player can do a maximum of 3 steps, after which he has to bounce the ball to the floor or pass it to a team member. A handball player has to defend, attack and try to escape opponents. In addition to this, speed, shooting power and jumping ability play a big role.
