Pilates is the ideal way to create a powerful and streamlined body. The muscle strengthening exercises focus on the core of the body. Simply said, this refers to the whole body minus the arms and legs. The core exists of abdominal-, back- and buttock muscles. Pilates improves awareness, stability and body posture since the performance is slow, flowing and in balance with your respiration.
Yoga mats will be available at the lesson, but you can always bring your own.
