During the Power Pump lesson you will work with weights and a barbell. Despite the focus on power training, the goal of the lesson is not to become very muscular. The lessons are all about creating a tight body and improving the power and endurance of your muscles.
Power Pump is also known as “the fastest way to get in shape” since every muscle group will be trained. Don’t worry if you are inexperienced when it comes to power training, you can decide for yourself with how much weight you like to train and the instructor explains each exercises in detail.
The lesson consists out of a warming up followed by be exercises for each muscle group, each guided by motivational music. This way a fun and balanced training is created during which you train your complete body: legs, buttocks, back, chest, arms (biceps & triceps), shoulders and stomach.
