Spinning is a high intensity group lesson during which you improve your physical endurance in a fun way. You will do this on a indoor bike, with extra resistance. How much resistance? This is completely up to you! This way the lesson is suitable for everybody. The instructor gives instructions while the music contributes to keeping the speed high.
You can use our spinning bikes with either regular sporting shoes or indoor/mountain bike shoes. If you plan on buying indoor/mountain bike shoes, make sure they have a SPD cleat plates. Bike shorts with paddings are not mandatory (but it does make it more comfortable).
