During this swinging group lesson you will perform exercises by use of an aerobic step. This is an adjustable bench which you can step and jump on, off or over. This way you train your leg- and buttock muscles and you improve your physical endurance. At the end of each lesson you will have an intense abdominal muscles session in order to make this workout complete.
