Please note: Currently, all our virtual group lessons are in Dutch. However, the visuals are designed in such a way that you can easily follow the instructions so don’t let the language stop you.
In addition to our live group lessons that take place in the evenings and at some moments during the weekend, you can do virtual group lessons at all available moments. It is up to you to decide which group lesson you are going to do! You determine the level, the duration (10 to 60 minutes) and the type of program.
You can just walk-in on the available times and request them on demand via a screen located between our front desk and fitness area. The lesson starts automatically 5 minutes after you’ve requested it. You can find all attributes that you need for each program in our Dance Studio.
You can choose from the following ClubJoy programs:
- Battle – Inspired by movements from karate, boxing and other martial arts
- Challenge – Fun and diverse exercises with a high intensity
- Core – Strengthen your abdominal, buttocks and back muscles
- Dance – Dance a mix of hiphop, latin and streetdance
- Fiesta – Get into shape by doing moves from various latin dance styles
- Fit & Shape – Improve your coordination, speed, fitness, strength and state of mind
- Power – Work with weights and a barbell
- Step – Improve your figure and your physical endurance
- Yoga – Work on your body and mind
